Working Student – Visual Design / Communication Design(gn), starting at 12h per week, hybrid (Munich)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential clean energy organization based in Munich. They are seeking a working student in visual design to support communication efforts around sustainable building solutions. This is a part-time position starting at 12 hours per week with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Create communication formats for web, social media, and print channels including infographics, layouts, templates, and animations
• Develop visual assets that expand and strengthen the organization's brand identity
• Translate creative briefs and content into production-ready design files
• Work within established brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency
• Support the visual communication of technical topics related to energy efficiency and sustainable technologies

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Currently enrolled in communication design, graphic design, visual communication, or related field
• Strong visual sense for branding with ability to work consistently within brand guidelines
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and ideally Photoshop)
• Hands-on approach to clearly defined tasks with regular deliverables
• Interest in the energy transition and sustainable technologies
• German language skills and eligibility to work in Germany

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion graphics tools such as After Effects or Figma animations
• Interest in experimenting with AI-powered design tools for image generation or workflow automation
