Senior Product Manager (all genders) | B2C

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization in their search for a Senior Product Manager focused on B2C consumer experiences. This is a full-time, permanent position available remotely within Germany or from offices in Köln, Darmstadt, Düsseldorf, or Berlin.

Our talent team is partnering with a leading marketplace platform to find an experienced product leader who can drive vision, strategy, and execution for customer-facing digital products. You'll work at the intersection of AI innovation and e-commerce, building features that shape how millions of people discover and purchase products online.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap for B2C marketplace products, ensuring alignment between business objectives and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and marketing to deliver exceptional digital experiences
• Design and ship LLM-powered product features from initial concept and prompt design through evaluation, quality monitoring, and continuous production iteration
• Drive experimentation culture by forming hypotheses, designing and running A/B tests, and translating results into data-driven product decisions
• Define tracking concepts with analytics teams and use funnel and behavioral data to optimize customer discovery, evaluation, and purchase journeys
• Partner closely with UX designers and researchers to craft intuitive customer experiences, validate through user research and usability testing, and iterate rapidly
• Identify customer needs and pain points at scale through behavioral data, user research, and market analysis, prioritizing high-impact opportunities
• Monitor AI and e-commerce trends to proactively identify how emerging technologies can deliver customer value

What We're Looking For

• True builder mindset with passion for transforming ideas into shipped products
• Proven track record taking products from zero to one, owning the full cycle from ideation through execution and delivery
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based features into consumer products (not just using AI tools for personal productivity)
• Solid B2C product experience, ideally in e-commerce or other consumer products at scale
• Data-savvy and outcome-focused: skilled at designing and evaluating A/B tests, defining tracking frameworks, and deriving insights from data
• Customer-first thinking with strong UX intuition, deep understanding of end-user pain points, and ability to translate research into action
• Motivated and empathetic communicator experienced collaborating with software development teams and diverse stakeholders
• Comfortable in fast-paced, pragmatic environments with fluent English skills (C1 level) and ability to excel in international, remote settings
