Data Analytics / Data Science Tutor/Lehrkraft (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential online education organization seeking a Data Analytics / Data Science Tutor to support learners through their professional development journey. In this role, you will:

• Provide technical support to learners through written and verbal communication, answering questions about data analysis and data science concepts
• Create, prepare, and continuously improve learning materials focused on data analytics and data science topics using Python, pandas, matplotlib, and scikit-learn
• Deliver and deepen training content through live sessions, webinars, classrooms, and individual learning support
• Guide learners through challenges in exercises and projects, helping them build confidence and practical skills
• Conduct and evaluate final examinations, making determinations about training success
• Ensure quality of existing training programs and provide feedback to the learning team for continuous improvement
• Lead individual coaching sessions and support onboarding of new team members

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics/Business Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in data analysis or data science, including: data cleaning and exploratory analysis, clear visualization of results, and development and evaluation of basic models using Python, pandas, matplotlib, and scikit-learn
• SQL knowledge and experience with AI tools are advantageous
• Teaching or training experience delivering technical or specialized content to non-technical audiences
• Understanding of adult education and online learning pedagogical concepts
• Strong customer and service orientation, empathy, clear communication skills, and constructive feedback approach
• Hands-on mentality, team spirit, resilience, and flexibility
• Excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level)

Location and Work Arrangement
