Tutor/Lehrkraft Business Intelligence (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential online education organization seeking a Business Intelligence Tutor to guide learners through their BI training programs. In this role, you will provide both technical and educational support to participants as they develop their Power BI skills.

Your responsibilities include:

• Answering learner questions about Business Intelligence topics in written and verbal formats
• Delivering and reinforcing training content through live sessions, webinars, classrooms, and individual learning support
• Supporting learners through challenges in exercises and projects, helping them develop confidence and independence
• Conducting and evaluating final examinations, making determinations on training success
• Creating, preparing, and continuously improving learning materials related to Power BI, DAX, and Power Query
• Ensuring quality of existing training programs and providing feedback to the learning development team
• Conducting individual coaching sessions and supporting onboarding of new team members
• Contributing to the evolution of training programs through close collaboration with coaching leads and learning teams

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates with:

• Completed degree in a quantitative field such as Business Informatics, Mathematics, Economics with quantitative focus, Natural Sciences, or comparable qualification
• 1+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence or data analysis, including data modeling, reporting, and dashboard development using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query
• SQL knowledge and experience with AI tools (advantageous)
• Teaching or training experience, particularly in conveying technical content to non-technical audiences
• Understanding of adult education and online learning pedagogical concepts
• Strong customer and service orientation with empathy, clear communication skills, and constructive feedback culture
• Hands-on mentality, team spirit, resilience, and flexibility
• Excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level)
