Team Lead Tutor /Lehrkraft (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential EdTech organization in Germany seeking a Team Lead Tutor to guide a coaching team dedicated to teaching data and AI skills. In this role, you will hold technical responsibility for planning, coordination, and quality assurance, directly impacting learning effectiveness for thousands of learners.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating your coaching team with focus on development, feedback, and performance management
• Planning and implementing academic support for existing and new training programs; onboarding new coaches
• Ensuring quality through KPI analysis, regular feedback cycles, and comprehensive process documentation
• Identifying and implementing automation opportunities in coaching and support processes using CRM workflows and scheduling systems
• Contributing strategically to projects such as feedback system optimization and process improvements
• Collaborating cross-functionally with training, delivery, learning, customer success, and client operations teams to ensure smooth workflows

While you'll stay connected to operational work through documentation and workflow optimization, your primary responsibility lies in strategic direction, team leadership, and quality assurance.

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a leader who combines teaching expertise with team management skills:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in disciplinary or technical leadership of a team (minimum 3 people)
• Didactic experience in teaching complex subjects (e.g., as trainer, coach, or educator)
• Completed degree or comparable qualification, ideally in a quantitative or analytical field
• Strong knowledge of process automation and hands-on experience with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and project management systems
• Fundamental understanding and practical experience with Generative AI
• Ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and constructively; skilled in conflict resolution and feedback culture
• Structured, solution-oriented working style with high standards for quality and reliability
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
