Our talent team is representing a confidential healthcare technology organization that's transforming how clinicians work. We're seeking a Clinical Associate to join their Customer Success function in London, playing a critical role in helping healthcare professionals adopt and maximize value from an AI-powered clinical documentation platform.

This is a deeply operational, clinician-facing position perfect for current or former healthcare practitioners looking to transition into health-tech. You'll work directly with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to embed new technology into their daily workflows, configure documentation templates, and ensure smooth implementation across healthcare organizations.

A significant component involves regular travel to customer sites for hands-on training, go-live support, and real-time problem-solving during critical adoption phases. This on-the-ground presence is essential for driving successful enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and implementation of the platform across new and existing healthcare customers, working closely with Customer Success Managers
• Deliver training sessions for clinicians and operational staff, both in-person at customer sites and remotely
• Provide hands-on support during go-lives and early usage phases, particularly when documentation requirements create adoption barriers
• Translate real-world clinical workflows into best-practice guidance that helps clinicians integrate the technology into daily practice
• Support template discovery by collecting documentation examples, understanding specialty-specific needs, and clearly documenting requirements
• Triage template-related questions and make high-impact adjustments to unblock onboarding
• Act as a trusted clinical voice for users, answering questions and helping them achieve optimal outcomes
• Capture and synthesize feedback from clinicians to improve onboarding playbooks and training materials
• Partner with Product, Support, and Engineering teams to share field insights and improve workflows

What We're Looking For

• Early-career or recently practicing clinical professionals from medical, nursing, allied health, or mental health backgrounds
• Strong interest in healthtech, AI, and improving clinical workflows
• Clear, confident communicator able to explain clinical concepts simply and practically
• Organized and reliable with ability to manage multiple onboarding tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable learning new tools and working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Proactive, curious, and motivated to improve clinicians' working lives
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites for implementation and training
• Experience with AI tools, CRMs, or customer support platforms helpful but not required

Location: London, hybrid working environment with 3 days in office
