Senior Business Development & Strategy Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential e-learning organization in the DACH region. We're seeking a Senior Business Development & Strategy Manager to work closely with executive leadership, drive strategic initiatives, and shape the next phase of growth for a platform serving millions of users.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Augsburg with remote flexibility. You'll work directly with C-level executives to develop and execute strategies that deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Support executive leadership in strategic planning and prepare structured decision-making materials for key business initiatives
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and growth opportunity assessments, translating findings into actionable recommendations
• Lead strategic projects and initiatives from concept through implementation, leveraging automation and internal synergies
• Drive central growth initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization
• Assist C-level executives with operational execution, ensuring strategic concepts translate into clear action plans, ownership, and results

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed university degree with approximately 4 years of relevant experience in strategy, business operations, venture development, business development, or comparable roles
• Proven track record in corporate strategy, growth strategy, or go-to-market execution with ability to structure complex topics quickly
• Strong analytical capabilities, entrepreneurial mindset, and structured, independent working style
• Clear and concise communication skills with high affinity for digital products and technologies
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Experience in startup, scale-up, SaaS environments, or strategy/management consulting is advantageous but not required
• Willingness to be regularly present at the Augsburg office and travel occasionally for key events and meetings
