Carter's Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead operations at our Brampton location in the Peel region. This is a full-time position where you'll direct our team in delivering exceptional service to families throughout their parenting journey.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll oversee daily store operations while serving as the face of Carter's brand in Brampton. Your focus will be on creating a welcoming environment where new parents, grandparents, and families discover the baby essentials and children's clothing they need. You'll build and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to expert product knowledge and outstanding customer experiences at every touchpoint.
What You'll Do
- Lead, develop, and motivate your store team to exceed sales targets and service standards
- Welcome customers with expertise, guiding them through our range of baby and children's products
- Coach team members to become brand ambassadors with deep product knowledge
- Manage store operations, inventory, and merchandising to reflect Carter's standards
