Virtual Staff Lawyer (Bilingual English – Arabic)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential U.S. personal injury law firm seeking a Virtual Staff Lawyer (Bilingual English - Arabic) to join their pre-litigation team. This is a full-time remote position based in Turkey, supporting casework for clients across the United States.

Our client values trust, accountability, and teamwork, and is looking for a detail-oriented legal professional who can manage case administration, client communication, and documentation with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support the pre-litigation department with case setup, claims management, and coverage follow-up
• Draft letters of representation and send welcome letters to new clients
• Order police reports, medical records, and bills as needed for case development
• Request medical payment coverage and generate disbursement sheets
• Send open records requests to police departments and non-spoliation letters using templates
• Organize and relabel file documents to maintain accurate client records
• Prepare disengagement letters to providers and clients with attorney approval
• Handle a caseload under attorney supervision and provide direct case support
• Communicate with clients in English and Arabic to ensure clear understanding and trust

What We're Looking For

• Law graduate or current law student with minimum 3 years of experience
• Must be bilingual in English and Arabic (trilingual candidates welcome)
• Experience with U.S. personal injury law required
• Prior work with U.S. legal firms strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong active listening and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and follow established processes
• Comfortable working remotely with your own PC/laptop and a wired internet connection
• Quiet workspace and headset with noise cancellation
• Understanding that you will be responsible for local taxes as an independent contractor
