Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential occupational health organization in Paris. As a médecin du travail, you will serve as the coordinating physician for a portfolio of client companies. Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating individual health monitoring, workplace interventions, and professional reintegration programs across your assigned companies
• Leading a multidisciplinary team including occupational health nurses, workplace safety assistants, and prevention specialists
• Testing and implementing digital health tools in occupational medicine practice
• Optimizing clinical protocols and collaborating with technology teams to improve service delivery
• Conducting remote consultations when clinically appropriate and requested by employees
• Building trust-based relationships with both employees and employer clients

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Medical degree (Doctorat en médecine)
• Specialization in occupational medicine (DES or CES de médecine du travail)
• Current registration with the Ordre des Médecins

Preferred qualities:

• Comfort working in multidisciplinary teams and delegating appropriately
• Interest in digital tools and AI applications in medical practice
• Ability to establish trusted relationships with employees and client organizations
• Physicians in career transition, recent graduates, and international candidates are encouraged to apply

This is a full-time or part-time position (negotiable) based in Paris 10ᵉ in a modern medical facility.
