About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential health insurance organization in their search for a Broker Partnerships Lead based in Paris, France. Our client is a rapidly growing European insurer transforming how organizations approach employee health benefits through integrated prevention and care solutions.

This is a senior strategic role responsible for building and managing relationships with major brokers who serve enterprise-segment employers. You will shape how our client engages with the broker ecosystem, turning these relationships into commercial leverage while supporting enterprise sales and account management teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior broker leadership (managing director level and above) who operate in the large and very large employer segment
• Map the broker ecosystem, prioritize key relationships, and design engagement strategy from the ground up
• Partner closely with Enterprise Sales and Key Account Management teams on every broker-involved deal, providing strategic guidance and introductions
• Educate broker partners on our client's value proposition and positioning to help them represent the offering effectively within their portfolios
• Monitor broker market dynamics at both deal and ecosystem levels, providing early intelligence on consolidation, portfolio shifts, and competitive positioning
• Build and maintain a knowledge library covering broker positions, portfolio footprints, engagement history, and contractual frameworks
• Implement processes and tools to improve broker engagement efficiency, including conventions de courtage, commission tracking, and data sharing agreements
• Provide competitive intelligence on how brokers position our client versus incumbents and identify perception gaps
• Share best practices and proven methodologies with broader commercial teams

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience working with or inside the broker ecosystem, either at a broker or in a partnership/distribution role at a health insurer or mutuelle
• Senior broker credibility: Proven ability to engage managing director and senior leadership at major brokers as a peer, built through substantive deal-level experience
• Deep broker ecosystem knowledge in the large and very large employer segment, including how brokers operate, are compensated, advise clients, and influence insurer selection
• Native understanding of health and prévoyance insurance technical dimensions (garanties, gestion, régimes, prévoyance)
• Proven trust-building ability with broker counterparts from the insurer or employer side—long-game oriented, discreet, commercially disciplined
• Outstanding stakeholder management: Calm, ego-free, able to represent the organization substantively while holding firm positions when necessary
• Demonstrated commercial impact from prior broker-related work that translated into material deal flow, pipeline access, or portfolio migration
• Self-starter mindset: Comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with limited existing process
• Fluency in French required; this role operates in the French market
