We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Senior Specialist, Account Management to join their team in London. Our client processes billions of transactions annually for globally recognized brands, powering the payment infrastructure behind many of the digital experiences consumers use daily.

This is a strategic role focused on nurturing and expanding relationships with enterprise accounts across the United Kingdom. You will serve as a trusted business advisor and primary point of contact, delivering expertise and guidance while identifying opportunities to grow existing partnerships. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates strong commercial acumen, and excels at building consultative relationships at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts by identifying expansion opportunities, cross-selling value-added services, and increasing share of wallet
• Develop and execute merchant-specific account plans with clear growth opportunities and success pathways
• Build high-touch, consultative relationships through regular face-to-face and virtual communications
• Act as a payments consultant, providing expertise and education to support merchants in developing comprehensive global payment strategies
• Negotiate pricing structures by analyzing revenue drivers to deliver sustainable outcomes for both parties
• Track project deliverables and maintain accurate records within Salesforce, Clari, and other CRM systems
• Leverage deep product and service knowledge to address evolving merchant needs
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Integration, and Support teams to ensure outstanding merchant experiences
• Conduct data-based analysis to provide meaningful, metric-driven insights to clients
• Contribute to cross-team learning and continuous improvement of processes and workflows

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial experience in B2B Account Management or Relationship Management within the fintech or payments industry
• Proven track record of driving and exceeding revenue targets while managing strategic account portfolios
• Experience negotiating and structuring pricing deals specific to the UK market
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce, payment technologies, industry players, and emerging trends
• Customer-focused mindset with demonstrated ability to establish robust relationships with assigned accounts
• Ability to balance multiple opportunities concurrently and adapt to changing requirements
• Strong business acumen and gravitas to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels
• Independent, self-motivated individual who thrives in ambitious environments
• Data-driven decision maker comfortable analyzing metrics and extracting actionable insights
