Analytics Manager, Financial Experiences

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking an Analytics Manager to lead data strategy for their financial product portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage a small team while driving analytics roadmaps across payment acceleration, foreign exchange, invoicing, pricing, and settlement products. You'll partner directly with product and engineering leadership to define success metrics, build self-serve data infrastructure, and generate insights that shape product direction.

This role is based in London with a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of analytics engineers and product analysts
• Own the analytics roadmap across financial product areas including payment controls, billing, pricing, and funds management
• Define measurement frameworks, north-star metrics, and KPIs that demonstrate product value for merchants and the business
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to ensure proper instrumentation, data capture, and trustworthy analytics output
• Deliver self-serve dashboards, data products, and analyses that enable teams to monitor performance and identify opportunities
• Embed data-driven decision-making into discovery, prioritization, launch measurement, and ongoing product development
• Build scalable data models and pipelines that support decision-making across the organization

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading analytics, product analytics, or analytics engineering in a product-driven environment
• Track record of building measurement frameworks and delivering insights to evaluate product performance and validate impact
• Experience creating data products, self-serve analytics, and data models that scale with organizational needs
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured, data-informed recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, align priorities, and scope analytical delivery in complex settings
• Technical foundation in analytics engineering, ideally with experience building data pipelines using DBT, cloud data warehouses, and pipeline orchestration tools
• Experience in payments, fintech, financial products, pricing, billing, treasury, or related financial domains is highly valued
