Voice Talent – German – Remote

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology client seeking professional German voice talent for an exciting remote recording project. The recordings will be used for advanced model training in language technology.

This is a contractor position ideal for voice professionals looking for flexible, project-based work they can complete on their own schedule from anywhere in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Record high-quality voice samples following specific technical requirements
• Maintain consistent volume levels, file naming conventions, and audio format standards
• Deliver recordings with appropriate gaps between segments and pristine audio quality
• Meet project deadlines, typically requiring 2+ hours per day or 10+ hours per week during active engagement
• Provide demo recordings and voiceover samples as requested
• Work in a treated, quiet environment free from background noise

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Native German speaker with absolutely no regional dialect or accent—standard German only
• Female-sounding voice with age-appropriate vocal quality (sounds 28–40 years old)
• Warm, energetic, full-bodied tone with natural depth and resonance
• Flawless diction and articulation
• Experience in voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming
• Professional or high-quality home recording setup including microphone, audio interface, headset/speakers, recording software, and professional DAW with plugins
• Comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and tight deadlines
• Open to licensing your voice for AI voice cloning and TTS training
• Have not participated in AI voice training projects for other companies

Voice Characteristics:

• Dynamic and engaging—not too serious or mature-sounding
• Rich, resonant tone—voices that sound dry, serious, high-pitched, or shrill will not be considered
• Professional broadcast quality

Important Considerations:

• This is contract work best suited as supplemental income, not a primary income source
• Work availability fluctuates based on project demand
• No benefits, guaranteed hours, or paid time off
• You are responsible for your own tax obligations as an independent contractor
