Responsable Déploiement / Implementation Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthtech organization that is transforming how medical data flows across hospital systems in France. Our client connects hundreds of healthcare facilities and professionals through AI-powered solutions that reduce administrative burden and improve care coordination.

As their Implementation Manager, you will lead the deployment of interoperability solutions within hospital environments, working at the intersection of technical configuration, project management, and healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project scoping sessions with healthcare facilities to understand technical and functional requirements, adapting communication style for IT leaders, project managers, and clinical end-users
• Configure applications and interoperability flows (HL7), coordinating exchanges with hospital IT teams on network architecture, Windows Server environments, application deployment, and security protocols
• Understand hospital service organization and patient pathways to adapt solutions to operational realities; challenge client needs and recommend best practices
• Conduct end-to-end acceptance testing with clients, diagnose technical issues, qualify bugs, and communicate product evolution requests clearly to development teams
• Provide level 2 technical support, bridging frontline support and R&D; proactively monitor flows and certificates to anticipate incidents
• Drive continuous improvement of internal processes and contribute to cross-functional projects; share field feedback to evolve products and methodologies
• Develop cross-product expertise across the solution portfolio

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience deploying projects within hospital environments or healthtech with hospital implementation focus
• Deep understanding of hospital operations, organizational structure, and constraints
• Excellent communicator capable of engaging diverse stakeholders (IT teams, project leaders, clinical users) and translating technical concepts appropriately
• Hands-on "doer" mindset comfortable with operational detail and technical troubleshooting
• Autonomous and proactive approach: anticipate problems, escalate blockers quickly, propose solutions
• Technical skills (advantageous): Windows Server administration, Group Policy Objects (GPO), networking (SFTP, VPN), and/or HL7 interoperability standards—these can be learned if you bring hospital experience
• Genuine interest in improving care quality and clinician experience
• French fluency required for hospital stakeholder engagement

Location and Work Arrangement

This role is based in Paris with a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in office). Our client offers quarterly team offsites, annual company gatherings, and monthly all-team meetings at their Paris office.

Compensation

Our client offers €40,000–€50,000 annual salary along with meal vouchers (€9/day, 50% employer-paid), comprehensive health coverage including mental health support (55% employer-paid), €30/month cultural allowance, fully paid parental leave, and 5 days per year for child illness.
