Wir arbeiten im Auftrag eines mittelständischen Unternehmens mit mehreren Tochtergesellschaften in Stuttgart. Unser Mandant sucht einen erfahrenen Leiter Finanzbuchhaltung (w/m/d), der ein fünfköpfiges Team führt und gleichzeitig Prozesse modernisiert und optimiert.
Die Vollzeitstelle bietet nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung einen Homeoffice-Tag pro Woche sowie 30 Urlaubstage. Der Standort befindet sich in zentraler Innenstadtlage mit ausgezeichneter ÖPNV-Anbindung.
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Leitung der Finanzbuchhaltung für die Hauptgesellschaft sowie mehrere Tochtergesellschaften
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von fünf Mitarbeitenden
- Verantwortung für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
- Aktive Unterstützung des Teams im laufenden Tagesgeschäft
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse unter Einbeziehung moderner Technologien wie KI
- Je nach Ihren Fähigkeiten und Wünschen können weitere Aufgaben hinzukommen
Was wir suchen
- Mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position mit selbstständiger Abschlusserstellung
- Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams, entweder disziplinarisch oder fachlich
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Prozessoptimierung, idealerweise mit Einsatz von KI-Tools
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamorientierung und Freude an der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
