About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential Berlin-based agency that is building out a standalone software analytics product. This is a working student role supporting the operational foundation of a growing SaaS unit that serves C-level executives and leadership teams.

You'll work directly with the Entrepreneur in Residence, supporting day-to-day operations, customer engagement, and market intelligence as the product scales from early paying customers toward full spinout.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations support for the software unit, including customer onboarding, communication workflows, documentation, and coordination with the external development team
• Serve as a point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, maintain client relationships, and help ensure a smooth user experience
• Conduct competitive research, identify potential customers and partnership opportunities, and prepare decision-making materials for leadership
• Support the Entrepreneur in Residence with day-to-day tasks that keep the unit moving forward

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Business Informatics, Humanities, Psychology, or a comparable field—ideally from the 3rd semester onward
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks without losing focus
• Self-starter mentality: you ask questions, think ahead, and take initiative rather than waiting for direction
• Fluent in both German and English
• Interest in software, startups, and operations in a fast-moving environment
