Responsabilités
Nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) Service Client trilingue (français, anglais, allemand) pour un CDD de 3 mois à mi-temps au sein d'une marque de mode parisienne. Ce poste stratégique vous permettra d'incarner l'excellence du service auprès d'une clientèle internationale exigeante.
Vos missions principales incluront:
- Répondre aux demandes clients via email, WhatsApp et appels sortants pour traiter les réclamations
- Adopter une démarche proactive dans l'esprit de service et satisfaction client
- Traiter les réclamations et gérer les litiges avec diplomatie
- Fournir une information produit de qualité: caractéristiques, disponibilités, réservations
- Communiquer sur les procédures d'achat, retour et échange, et assurer le suivi
- Proposer des améliorations pour optimiser l'expérience client
Le poste est basé dans le 7ème arrondissement de Paris, avec un jour de télétravail par semaine. Horaires: 3 jours par semaine (lundi, mardi et samedi), 24 heures hebdomadaires.
