About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential fashion organization seeking a talented Customer Service Specialist who is fluent in French, English, and Polish. This is a 3-month fixed-term contract (CDD) on a part-time basis (24 hours per week) working three days including Saturdays.
Based in the 7th arrondissement of Paris with one remote day per week, you'll join a dynamic customer service team dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels including email, WhatsApp, and outbound calls to resolve specific issues
- Provide proactive support to clients with a service-oriented mindset
- Handle complaints and disputes with professionalism and empathy
- Deliver high-quality product information including characteristics, availability, and reservations
- Communicate procedures clearly (purchasing, returns, exchanges) and ensure proper follow-through
- Propose improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
- Meet daily objectives while maintaining quality standards

- Perfect trilingual fluency in French, English, and Polish (daily professional use required)
