About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential French fashion organization in their search for a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist fluent in English and Polish. This is a 3-month fixed-term contract requiring 24 hours per week, working Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays. The role is based in Paris (7th arrondissement) with one day per week remote.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels including email and WhatsApp
- Adopt a proactive, service-excellence approach in all customer interactions
- Identify and suggest initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience
- Handle complaints and resolve disputes professionally
- Provide accurate product information including features and availability
- Communicate clearly on purchasing procedures, returns, and exchanges
- Ensure thorough follow-up on all customer matters
