Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization operating a child and adolescent psychiatry center in Berlin-Tegel. In this working student role (10–20 hours per week), you will:

• Provide empathetic reception and support for young patients at the front desk
• Handle all administrative tasks in the practice registration area
• Coordinate and schedule examination and consultation appointments
• Serve as a communication liaison within the multiprofessional team
• Accompany families respectfully and thoughtfully during their time at the facility

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a university program with a focus on health sciences, medicine, psychology, or social sciences
• A grounded, reliable, and personable individual with strong teamwork skills
• High degree of empathy and consistently respectful interaction with people
• Turkish language skills are a significant plus, as the practice serves many Turkish-speaking families
