About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization operating a nuclear medicine facility in Bremen. Our talent team is seeking an IT Specialist to provide critical technical support within a medical environment. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare and technology, ensuring clinical systems run smoothly to support patient care.

As the on-site IT point of contact, you will serve as the primary technical resource for the practice, collaborating with external IT partners to maintain reliable system operations in a fast-paced medical setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal IT contact person for the nuclear medicine practice, ensuring system reliability in daily operations
• Provide first-level support as the initial point of contact for staff regarding IT questions and technical issues
• Support medical applications and systems, particularly radiology information systems, picture archiving systems, and clinical documentation platforms
• Analyze technical disruptions, develop pragmatic solutions, and coordinate with external IT service providers when escalation is needed
• Assist with the implementation of new hardware and software, as well as internal IT projects
• Maintain IT workstations and digital infrastructure while tracking upcoming technical requirements
• Support staff in adopting new systems and ensure technical solutions function effectively in day-to-day workflows
• Contribute ideas and help continuously improve digital processes and IT structures

What We're Looking For

• Completed training as a Fachinformatiker or comparable IT qualification
• Strong knowledge of IT support and experience working with hardware and software
• Ability to analyze technical problems systematically and work toward solutions
• Experience with RIS, PACS, KIS, or other medical IT systems is advantageous but not required
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
• Service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for supporting colleagues
• Team player who takes ownership and is motivated to actively shape the IT landscape
• Prior medical knowledge is not required—we value your IT competence, solution-focused approach, and willingness to learn our medical systems and workflows
