Werkstudent (m/w/d) – Finance & Beratung (unternehmerisch, leistungsbasiert)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization in Hamburg seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to join their finance and consulting team. This role goes beyond a typical student job—it offers real responsibility, clear goals, and a performance-driven environment where your contributions matter.

In your initial weeks, you will focus on building a foundation:

• Schedule client appointments through phone outreach, networking, and provided leads while building a clean pipeline
• Learn conversation frameworks, needs assessment techniques, follow-up processes, and documentation standards
• Work with key performance indicators, receive regular feedback, and systematically improve your results

As you progress, your responsibilities will expand to include:

• Support analysis of client situations and prepare consulting materials in a structured manner
• Participate in client meetings (based on your development level), handle follow-ups, and ensure clear next steps
• Maintain clean processes, document consistently, and ensure reliability across all workflows
• Collaborate closely with a high-performing team and take ownership of your task packages

What We're Looking For

Must-have requirements:

• Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher (both spoken and written)—this is essential as training, team communication, and the potential pathway to an IHK qualification are conducted entirely in German
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a sense of accountability
• Self-initiative and a structured approach to work
• Genuine interest in performance-based work and measurable results

Desirable background:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, consulting, or a performance-oriented environment such as competitive sports

This role is not suitable if you:

• Are looking for a typical student job with just a few hours on the side
• Want to avoid phone work or appointment scheduling
• Do not meet the C1 German language requirement
• Prioritize security and routine over development and growth
