Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking German-speaking trainees for a structured career path in financial sales and advisory. This role combines client consultation, business development, and professional certification in a mentored environment.

As a trainee, you will:

• Learn to conduct professional client conversations, identify financial needs, and propose tailored solutions
• Support client acquisition and advisory activities while gradually building your own client portfolio
• Prepare financial analyses and concepts covering protection, retirement planning, investment, and wealth building
• Work closely with experienced advisors to understand core sales and advisory processes
• Participate in hands-on training with clear learning modules, structured objectives, and ongoing coaching
• Receive personal mentoring with regular feedback and individualized development support

What We're Looking For

• Abitur, completed commercial apprenticeship, or equivalent/higher qualification
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level or native speaker)
• Current residence in Germany
• Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment working with people
• Reliability, self-initiative, and a structured approach to work
• Ambition to build a long-term career in financial advisory with clear systems and growth potential

Our client offers licensed training leading to two IHK certifications (§34d GewO for insurance and §34f GewO for financial investments), performance-based compensation with no income ceiling, and career progression opportunities into senior advisory or leadership roles.
