Werkstudentin im Bereich Performance Marketing Analytics (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential sustainable fashion organization in Rostock seeking a working student (Werkstudent/in) in Performance Marketing Analytics. In this role, you will combine data analysis with creative content strategy to drive growth across international markets.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Supporting and optimizing performance campaigns across Google, Meta, and Pinterest platforms
• Analyzing relevant KPIs and deriving concrete optimization measures from campaign data
• Developing and optimizing paid ads in collaboration with the team, testing different audiences, formats, messages, hooks, and creatives
• Coordinating with external UGC (user-generated content) creators—from briefing development to content alignment—and analyzing which creatives deliver the strongest performance
• Conducting A/B tests and experiments, evaluating results, and applying learnings to future campaigns
• Preparing performance data into clear reports, identifying trends and optimization opportunities, and contributing ideas for more efficient budget utilization
• Creating complex analyses and dashboards in Google Sheets, connecting multiple data sources, and working confidently with advanced formulas

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a relevant field: (Digital) Marketing, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communication Sciences, or comparable qualification
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good understanding of numbers and analytical thinking to recognize patterns and optimization potential
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with enthusiasm for structured data evaluation and presentation
• Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in performance marketing
• First experience with paid advertising platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus but not required
• Strong German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Available to work part-time alongside your studies
