Werkstudent Facility Management (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization in Heidelberg that is seeking a working student to support their Facility Management operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience alongside your studies while supporting the day-to-day operations of modern office facilities.

This position offers up to 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling to accommodate your academic commitments.

Responsibilities

• Support the facility management team with daily operational tasks
• Coordinate maintenance and repair appointments with external service providers
• Assist with maintaining building, space, and inventory data systems
• Monitor upcoming maintenance schedules and mandatory inspections
• Contribute to the implementation of safety and security measures across office locations
• Handle facility management inquiries and collaborate with the team to develop appropriate solutions
• Take on varied assignments that provide insight into professional facility operations

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student, ideally in Facility Management, Property Management, Business Administration, or a comparable program
• Reliable, meticulous, and capable of working independently
• Interest in organizational processes with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Technical aptitude and willingness to assist with practical, hands-on tasks
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent German language skills and good English communication abilities
