Technical Product Owner (m/w/d)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential enterprise software organization based in Stuttgart. We're seeking a Technical Product Owner to take ownership of a B2B platform serving customers across education, public sector, healthcare, and enterprise markets.

This is a unique opportunity to shape product strategy and delivery in a technically sophisticated environment, working directly with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Management teams. You'll be responsible for guiding the product roadmap, translating customer requirements into meaningful solutions, and representing the product to external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the market landscape, analyse competitors and technology trends, and contribute insights to product strategy and roadmap development
• Gather and evaluate requirements from customers across multiple sectors, as well as from partners and internal Sales teams
• Prioritise features and initiatives based on customer value, strategic relevance, and implementation effort
• Challenge requirements to identify underlying problems and collaborate with UX and Engineering to develop optimal solutions
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting implementation from concept through release
• Work closely with development teams in a technically demanding environment covering Apple, Android Enterprise, and Windows platforms
• Address topics including device management, enterprise app management, security, identity, APIs, and platform integrations
• Collect feedback on new functionality and drive continuous improvement of existing features
• Represent the product as a subject matter expert in customer and partner discussions, at trade fairs, webinars, and training sessions
• Provide support on complex functional or technical topics and ensure relevant insights feed back into product development

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable role for a software product
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to discuss concepts with developers on equal footing and explain complex topics clearly and concisely
• Combination of technical acumen with business mindset, ready to take responsibility for a successful B2B software product
• Ability to structure and prioritise requirements, comfortable making clear decisions about what should and should not be built
• Experience with Unified Endpoint Management, Mobile Device Management, Enterprise Mobility, IT security, or comparable B2B software products is a strong advantage but not required
• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or comparable field is beneficial—however, your experience, product mindset, and technical curiosity matter more
• Clear communication skills, enjoy working across different teams, and take ownership of your topics
• Very good German and good English language skills
• Willingness to learn and technical curiosity—you don't need to meet every requirement from day one
