Sales Support Manager (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a Sales Support Manager to join their remote team in Germany. In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, acting as a central interface to ensure they feel well supported throughout their journey
• Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently with Sales Managers to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare customers thoroughly for their expert consultations
• Build lasting relationships through persuasive communication that transforms satisfied customers into enthusiastic advocates
• Actively contribute to the optimization of internal processes and collaborate closely with other departments to achieve excellent results
