(Senior) Product Manager Odoo (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential eCommerce organization in their search for a Senior Product Manager to lead critical initiatives within their ERP ecosystem. Our client operates a fast-growing digital commerce platform requiring sophisticated order management and customer service automation.

This role centers on managing and optimizing their Odoo ERP system, with particular focus on Order Management processes. You'll work at the intersection of technology and business operations, driving automation that enhances customer experience while streamlining internal workflows across customer service, fulfillment, and platform integration.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete product lifecycle and roadmap for ERP modules from conception through production release
• Manage Order Management System processes, monitoring exceptions and flows between ERP, eCommerce platforms, and third-party tools
• Partner with Customer Service teams to identify and implement automation opportunities for order-related tasks
• Expand customer self-service capabilities through strategic system enhancements
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders across departments
• Drive the prioritization process for the ERP technology roadmap through transparent stakeholder engagement
• Continuously monitor, optimize, and influence the broader IT landscape and digital product suite
• Support daily business operations including closing and auditing activities

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for ERP or Order Management software with direct business team exposure
• Knowledge of Odoo is highly valuable
• Experience collaborating across product and business teams within complex, interconnected system environments
• Strong foundation in digital product development using Scrum, Agile, and Kanban methodologies
• Deep empathy for diverse team needs with the ability to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions
• Proven success in fast-paced, agile environments with excellent communication and team-rallying skills
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Experience handling large datasets; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Fluent English required; German or Polish proficiency is beneficial
• Background in eCommerce backend automation and integration with platforms like Zendesk or Magento2 is a plus

Location and Work Arrangement

This position is based in Berlin with a hybrid work model offering one home office day per week, with potential for up to two days depending on the department. The role also includes the option to work remotely for up to two weeks per year from abroad.

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are competitive with the Berlin market for this seniority level.
