About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential social technology client in Frankfurt am Main seeking a B2B Video Content Creator for a part-time or freelance engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to shape creative B2B content productions from concept through delivery, working with enterprise partners while being part of a fast-growing organization.

You'll take ownership of planning and executing B2B content productions, standing behind the camera yourself and collaborating closely with creative and business development teams. This role offers the chance to see your work deployed with major corporate clients while working in a dynamic, productive environment in central Frankfurt.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute B2B content productions from initial concept through final deliverables
• Independently implement video content using professional camera equipment, ensuring high-quality results through skilled camera work and lighting
• Organize shoots, coordinate necessary resources, and manage multiple parallel productions successfully
• Support the creative team on selected advertising shoots and help produce additional social media content
• Assist international teams with creative and social content initiatives, developing templates and content formats scalable across different markets

What We're Looking For

• Background as Videographer, DoP, First AC, Producer, or comparable role—we value what you've created over years of experience
• Confident handling of professional camera equipment with lighting experience; Sony camera experience is a plus
• Production understanding: ability to prepare shoots and maintain oversight when managing concurrent projects
• Self-directed, solution-oriented work style with ability to deliver projects independently from planning to completion
• Proactive communicator in both English and German, team player who stays calm under spontaneous changes and time pressure
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud; experience with AI creative tools like Higgsfield is advantageous
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant video production work
