Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential health and wellness organization with Nordic roots, currently expanding their performance marketing capabilities in Berlin. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of paid social campaigns and drive measurable growth through Meta advertising platforms.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin-Friedrichshain, offering the opportunity to work with an international team focused on consumer education and e-commerce excellence in the nutrition sector.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage Meta Ads campaigns from planning and setup through budget allocation, analyzing key performance indicators including ROAS and CAC to identify scaling opportunities
• Develop creative angles, write ad copy and video scripts, and produce performance creatives using tools like Canva and CapCut, or coordinate briefs for graphic designers and external creators
• Execute Meta campaigns for marketing initiatives, coordinate cross-functional alignment, and provide data-driven recommendations for landing page optimization
• Support the international team with Meta Business Portfolio questions, manage advertising assets, and serve as the liaison with the Amazon Ads agency partner
• Identify emerging trends and platform opportunities, stay current with Meta updates, and implement innovations with initiative and creative thinking

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of professional experience in performance marketing with a focus on Meta Ads, having independently managed campaigns and media budgets ideally within e-commerce environments
• Solid understanding of Meta conversion tracking and attribution fundamentals, with the ability to interpret performance data confidently and derive actionable decisions
• Experience designing audience-relevant performance creatives with practical skills in Canva, along with strong instincts for copywriting, layout design, and brand-consistent communication
• Structured and autonomous work style, taking ownership of results and clearly justifying recommendations to stakeholders across departments
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken); genuine interest in health and nutrition topics is a strong advantage
