Working Student AI Enablement (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential energy-infrastructure organization, is building an AI enablement program from the ground up. You'll work closely with our talent team to support a working student placement focused on learning design and AI literacy.

In this role, you will:

• Help design a role-based AI curriculum structure, from company-wide baseline training to department-specific deep dives
• Build the first complete course end-to-end for the internal learning platform, including outlines, scripts, and published modules
• Produce engaging learning content: worked examples, exercises, short videos, one-pagers, and scenario-based assessments
• Design and facilitate live learning formats such as prompting workshops, lunch sessions, and use case labs
• Interview colleagues across departments to identify knowledge gaps and build a prioritized content backlog
• Maintain documentation supporting AI literacy measures in line with EU AI Act Article 4 requirements
• Track adoption and learning metrics and report findings to leadership
• Collaborate with AI and HR teams to integrate enablement into onboarding and ongoing workflows
• Bonus: contribute technically to the internal AI portal development

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (computer science, data science, game engineering, or related field)
• An active user of generative AI tools (such as Claude, Codex, or similar) who regularly builds tools, dashboards, or other projects
• A strong communicator in English with excellent writing skills; German is a plus
• Skilled at explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences clearly and respectfully
• Structured and self-directed, able to take a brief and develop a complete draft independently
• Comfortable presenting to groups, both virtually and in person
• Experienced in translating business challenges into AI-augmented workflows
• Nice to have: prior experience creating learning content, running workshops, teaching, or working with learning platforms or instructional design tools
