Performance Marketing Working Student (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

Our client, a growing beverage company in Berlin-Kreuzberg, is seeking a Performance Marketing Working Student to join their Online Sales team starting October 2026. In this role, you will support digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.

• Create and optimise advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and Amazon platforms
• Develop weekly performance reports analyzing creative effectiveness from previous periods
• Brainstorm and test new ideas for high-performing paid social advertisements
• Execute hypothesis testing directly within advertising management platforms
• Support management and optimization of e-commerce seller accounts

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Foundational understanding of digital marketing principles, paid advertising, and marketing funnel stages
• Entry-level experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Amazon Ads platforms
• Initial experience managing and optimizing Amazon Seller Central
• Strong analytical skills with confidence working with numbers and KPIs
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar analytical tools
• German language skills at minimum B1 level
• English language skills at C1 level
