Unser Talent-Team vertritt einen etablierten Bildungsanbieter in Deutschland, der freiberufliche Lehrkräfte (w/m/d) für BI Analytics sucht. In dieser Remote-Position vermitteln Sie Fachwissen im Bereich Business Intelligence an erwachsene Lernende – vollständig digital und mit planbaren Einsätzen.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Bereitstellung von Unterrichtsmaterial für einen 4-wöchigen Kurs im Bereich BI Analytics
- Durchführung von Live-Unterricht Montag bis Donnerstag, 08:30–13:00 Uhr
- Fachlich fundierte und praxisnahe Vermittlung von BI-Methoden und -Techniken
- Betreuung und Unterstützung der Kursteilnehmenden während der Lernphasen
- Eigenständige Entwicklung oder Mitbringen von vorhandenem Schulungsmaterial
- Kurz- und mittelfristige Übernahme von Lehrveranstaltungen (Testphase: 3 Durchläufe geplant)
Was wir suchen
- Nachweisbare Qualifikation als BI Analyst, Data Analyst oder vergleichbar
- Relevante Berufserfahrung in der praktischen Anwendung von BI-Techniken und -Methoden
- Praxiserfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung
- Didaktisches Geschick und Freude an der Wissensvermittlung
- Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und technische Versiertheit
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Lernplattformen
- Deutschkenntnisse mindestens C1-Niveau
