Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential education services organization in Germany seeking experienced freiberufliche Microsoft Certified Trainer (w/m/d) for planned training engagements delivered 100% remote throughout Deutschland.

Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering technically sound and practice-oriented instruction for various Microsoft certification courses
• Providing training materials for Microsoft courses (access to Microsoft official courseware)
• Taking on short- and medium-term teaching assignments on a plannable basis
• Supporting and mentoring course participants throughout their learning journey
• Utilizing digital tools and learning platforms to facilitate effective remote instruction

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with:

• Valid Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) qualification with focus on one or more of: Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Microsoft 365 AI Service Administrator (AB-650), Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (AB-900), Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals (SC-900), or other Microsoft certifications
• Demonstrable professional experience in practical application of MCT techniques and methods
• Existing instructional materials (Microsoft official courseware) for course delivery
• Proven experience in adult education and training delivery
• Strong didactic skills and genuine enthusiasm for knowledge transfer
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and technical proficiency
• Independent working style and flexibility to accommodate varying schedules
• Confident handling of digital tools and learning management platforms
