Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential education-technology organization seeking a Team Lead for AI and Data Science training programs. In this role, you will oversee the delivery and continuous development of advanced technical courses, leading a team of instructors while ensuring high-quality, pedagogically sound content reaches learners across Germany.

• Lead and develop a team of instructors specializing in AI and Data Science, providing direction for course evolution and quality standards
• Serve as subject matter expert, contributing strategic input on curriculum development and helping identify emerging content trends in the field
• Monitor developments in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Analytics to inform relevant training offerings and technology priorities
• Ensure technical quality of all training programs, continuously refining learning objectives, content, concepts, and delivery formats with your team
• Collaborate closely with instructors and technical experts to support their professional development and course improvements
• Manage team staffing levels qualitatively and quantitatively, coordinating instructor deployment for live teaching and content production
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and learner input to optimize existing programs and develop new offerings
• Maintain technical relevance, pedagogical effectiveness, and business viability of the AI and Data Science training portfolio

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in Data & AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics, or similar technical environments
• Leadership experience or track record managing technical teams or expert networks
• Deep understanding of current Data & AI trends with strong instincts for which technologies and competencies matter for the labor market and professional development
• Experience designing, developing, or managing training, education, or upskilling programs
• Proven ability working with instructors, subject matter experts, and diverse internal stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, reliability, empathy, and structured, self-directed work style
• Excellent German language skills, written and spoken

Preferred Experience:

• Background in adult education or professional training environments
• Hands-on experience with Python, Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, or generative AI
