Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential education and training organization seeking a Team Lead for AI & Data Science programs at their Munich location. In this role, you will oversee the delivery and continuous development of professional training courses in artificial intelligence and data science. You will lead a team of instructors, serve as the central point of contact for course production and content development, and ensure high-quality, pedagogically sound delivery to learners.

• Lead and develop a team of instructors specializing in Data & AI, providing guidance for course advancement and quality standards
• Serve as subject matter expert, contributing strategic input on curriculum development and helping identify emerging content trends and relevant training opportunities
• Monitor current developments in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Analytics to identify relevant topics, technologies, and qualification offerings for the program portfolio
• Ensure technical quality of training programs and continuously evolve content, learning objectives, concepts, and formats in collaboration with your team
• Work closely with instructors and subject matter experts, supporting them in developing their courses and teaching methods
• Ensure adequate qualitative and quantitative staffing of your team with internal and external instructors, coordinating their deployment in teaching and course production activities
• Analyze market feedback, client input, and participant evaluations to optimize existing offerings and develop new programs

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a qualified professional with both technical expertise and leadership capabilities:

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in Data & AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics, or comparable technical environment
• Leadership experience or experience in managing teams or professional networks
• Strong understanding of current developments in Data & AI with intuition for which technologies and competencies are relevant for the labor market and professional training
• Experience in designing, developing, or managing training, qualification, or professional development programs
• Experience collaborating with instructors, subject matter experts, and diverse internal stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, reliability, empathy, and structured, self-directed working style
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) required for this Munich-based position

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in adult education or vocational training
• AEVO certification, Train the Trainer, or comparable pedagogical qualification
• Hands-on experience with Python, Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, BI, or generative AI
