Technical Project Manager – ERP Implementation (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential sustainable aviation organization seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead a transformational ERP implementation. This is your opportunity to build the digital foundation for a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

You will own the end-to-end ERP implementation from concept through go-live and beyond, shaping how our client operates and scales. Your core responsibilities include:

• Drive a business-critical ERP transformation, translating operational needs into scalable system solutions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver seamless implementation
• Manage integration with existing PLM systems and future MES platforms
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, and user adoption initiatives
• Ensure ERP functionalities align with business processes and strategic objectives
• Manage multiple technical projects including software implementations, system integrations, and process improvements
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and methodologies

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Proven track record successfully delivering ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms)
• Strong technical understanding of ERP requirements, implementation milestones, and complex integration landscapes
• Experience managing cross-functional, fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on, proactive mindset—you drive projects forward, not just manage them
• Excellent communication skills with ability to align diverse teams around common goals
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus
• Based in or willing to relocate to Munich, Germany

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €60,000 – €80,000 annually
