Field Account Executive – Hospitality (Berlin m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology client seeking a Field Account Executive to own and develop the Berlin market. This is a true hunter role with significant earning potential through uncapped commission. You will operate with full autonomy in your territory, building face-to-face relationships with restaurants, cafes, and bars across Berlin.

Our client is a global commerce platform provider serving the hospitality sector. This role offers the independence of territory ownership combined with the resources and support of an established technology organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily field presence across Berlin's hospitality market, conducting face-to-face meetings with restaurant and bar owners
• Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through contract signature, including self-sourcing leads
• Conduct product demonstrations and build consultative solutions tailored to each prospect's business needs
• Develop and manage your territory strategy independently, planning daily activities to maximize pipeline development
• Build a sustainable referral network within Berlin's hospitality community
• Achieve revenue targets that unlock transparent promotion milestones

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent German with professional English proficiency
• 1+ years in sales, business development, or hospitality operations (attitude and drive valued over tenure)
• Self-motivated hunter mentality with proven ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the confidence to initiate conversations in busy hospitality environments
• Resilience and charisma to navigate rejection and maintain momentum
• Ambition to maximize uncapped commission earnings
• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany

Our client provides comprehensive onboarding (Month 1) followed by full territory assignment in Month 2. You'll join a local team of 8-10 sales professionals based in Berlin headquarters, with access to broader regional support networks.

Compensation & Benefits

Target OTE: Up to €86,000 (base salary plus commission). Commission structure is uncapped—your actual earnings grow with your sales performance.
