Field Account Executive – München (w/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization expanding their presence in Munich. As a Field Account Executive, you will take full ownership of your territory in the hospitality sector, working autonomously while backed by a global technology platform. You'll join a dynamic local team of approximately 10 people and an experienced on-site manager to capture market share across Munich's restaurant and café landscape.

This is not a traditional sales role—you are the owner of your territory, with the freedom to operate independently and the trust to deliver results without micromanagement.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your designated sales territory in Munich and win top hospitality venues
• Leverage digital marketing support and qualified inbound leads provided by the organization
• Build a local network and develop a strong referral management system through strategic partnerships
• Conduct targeted cold outreach and walk-ins, visiting restaurants, cafés, and bars to engage decision-makers directly
• Manage the full sales cycle independently—from initial contact through product demonstrations to contract closure
• Act as a consultative partner to hospitality business owners, helping them achieve operational success
• Maintain daily market presence and visibility within your territory

What We're Looking For

• A true hunter mentality with a passion for new business development and extreme self-motivation
• Native-level German language skills (essential for building trust with local business owners) and good English proficiency
• Charismatic presence with strong presentation abilities and confidence to walk into busy establishments and initiate conversations
• Ambitious mindset with a desire to control your own success in a performance-driven environment
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or hospitality is a plus, though your drive and attitude matter most
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection while maintaining momentum
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Munich
