Expansion Manager – (German speaking, Hamburg based, m/f/x)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology client in their search for an Expansion Manager based in Hamburg. Our talent team is working with a fast-growing organization that builds software solutions for the restaurant industry.

In this role, you will drive new business development by identifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals with restaurant owners across your territory. You'll work independently while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through implementation.

This is a field-based position requiring daily travel within your assigned region in Hamburg. German language proficiency is essential, as you'll be conducting all client-facing activities in German.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective restaurant clients through proactive outreach, cold calling, and walk-in visits
• Own the complete sales cycle from initial contact through contract signature
• Conduct product demonstrations and develop customized solutions based on individual client needs
• Manage all sales activities and pipeline tracking through Salesforce CRM
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales commitments and delivery
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to effectively position solutions
• Maintain strong organizational discipline around territory management and forecasting

What We're Looking For

• Self-motivated professional comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels
• Comfort with daily field travel throughout your territory and preference for face-to-face client interactions
• General technical aptitude and comfort working with software platforms
• Excellent written and verbal German language skills (required)
• 1+ years of experience in new business acquisition or closing roles, preferably in hospitality or related B2B sectors
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is a strong advantage
• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills

Pay
