Account Executive – B2B SaaS

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential mobility technology client in their search for an Account Executive focused on B2B SaaS sales. In this role, you will:

• Prospect and engage with small and medium-sized taxi fleet operators, presenting dispatch and fleet management software solutions
• Travel regularly (up to 40-50% of your time) to meet partners on-site and serve as the primary point of contact during their transition to new operational systems
• Build trust with fleet owners and dispatchers, addressing concerns around operational change and guiding them through the adoption process step-by-step
• Manage a B2B pipeline, navigate objections, and close deals even when the product offering requires significant time and effort investment from the partner
• Collect on-the-ground partner feedback and collaborate with product and strategy teams to refine the software solution based on real-world needs

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or account executive roles
• Background in mobility, logistics, or selling SaaS to small and medium businesses is highly preferred
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, handle objections effectively, and understand that adoption requires selling the value of change, not just features
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and maintain long-term partnerships
• Deep understanding of business operations at a procedural level, with the ability to guide partners smoothly through transitions to new software and workflows
• Comfortable with extensive travel as an essential part of the role
• Fluency in both German and English required for client and internal stakeholder interactions
