Product Manager, AI Transformation & Salesforce

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client in their search for a Product Manager to lead AI transformation and platform innovation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge artificial intelligence implementation and enterprise platform management, working across two high-impact engineering teams.

You will own the unified roadmap for both AI innovation projects and a critical business platform, driving automation, generative AI solutions, and operational workflows that serve thousands of users. Your work will directly enhance employee productivity and customer experience through intelligent tooling and seamless platform evolution.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate product vision and roadmap across AI transformation and Salesforce platform teams, balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day execution
• Drive full product development lifecycle including discovery, requirements gathering, feature prioritization, backlog management, and delivery across both engineering squads
• Champion adoption of new AI products and platform enhancements by partnering with business units, coordinating go-to-market activities, and managing stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, Compliance, and AI governance teams to ensure responsible AI implementation and platform integrity
• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities and AI use cases (including generative and agentic AI) that drive measurable engagement, satisfaction, and efficiency gains
• Define product metrics, analyze performance data, and use insights to inform iterative improvements and decision-making
• Communicate progress, trade-offs, and technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences ranging from engineers to senior executives

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing AI/ML-based products with a track record of implementing LLMs and agentic workflows to achieve concrete business outcomes
• Strong capability overseeing complex data processing, analysis, and AI-driven features that deliver measurable value
• Working knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, release cycles, admin/configuration concepts) strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in cross-functional environments, building scalable solutions that align with user needs
• Data-driven approach to product management; skilled at leveraging analytics to guide prioritization and maximize impact
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and scaling products from inception
• Bias toward action and quick execution in fast-paced settings
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences
