Head of Partner Marketing, France

About the Role

We are representing a confidential global technology company in their search for a Head of Partner Marketing based in Paris, France.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing for the French market, you will lead one of three core marketing teams and manage a team of 6 professionals. Your mission is to position our client's partners—spanning restaurants, grocery, and retail—as a primary reason consumers choose the platform.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing and commercial strategy. You will define the partner marketing strategy for the French market, create innovative campaigns and partnerships that strengthen brand preference and recruit new customers, while supporting partner growth and key business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define partner marketing strategy across multiple segments (restaurants, grocery, retail, national accounts, global key accounts), aligning with global priorities and French market needs
• Design creative campaigns and activations that showcase partners and build brand preference through exclusive partnerships, launches, experiences, collaborations, and special operations that drive customer acquisition and engagement
• Build tailored marketing plans for strategic partners, balancing commercial objectives, marketing ambitions, and customer experience
• Serve as strategic partner to commercial teams by understanding business challenges, contributing to value propositions, and transforming commercial opportunities into differentiated marketing platforms
• Unite cross-functional teams (Sales, Promotions, Brand & Media, Integrated Marketing, Creative, CRM, Analytics, and Global) to build integrated marketing plans and surface best collective ideas
• Manage and develop a team of 6, providing vision, coaching, structure, and execution excellence to build skills and autonomy
• Drive performance through strong data culture, measuring impact, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring flawless execution

What We're Looking For

You are a marketing leader who combines strategic vision, creativity, and business acumen. The ideal candidate brings:

• 6–7+ years of marketing experience, with significant experience defining high-impact marketing strategies
• Solid understanding of commercial challenges and how marketing accelerates business growth and creates partner value
• Strong creative sensibility and excellent brand instincts, with ability to imagine campaigns that resonate while delivering results
• Proven ability to influence and unite teams in a matrix environment, creating alignment around a shared vision
• Successful track record in people management and talent development
• Strategic, structured, and execution-oriented approach with strong data-driven mindset
• Fluent French and English required
