About This Opportunity

We are representing a prestigious private members' club in Paris that celebrates creativity and provides a unique space for creative professionals to connect and collaborate. Our talent team is seeking a Member Events Intern to support their dynamic events programming.

This is a 6-month internship (35 hours per week) based in Paris, offering hands-on experience in cultural event coordination within an inspiring creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate promotion of member events, including online publication and poster printing
• Manage artist and partner needs including accommodation, welcome services, and hospitality arrangements
• Prepare detailed event function sheets outlining room setup, audiovisual requirements, catering needs, RSVPs, and guest lists
• Communicate event details effectively to relevant departments and update as necessary
• Update event information on the club's online platform and manage waitlists
• Liaise with event partners to collect necessary information and gather post-event feedback
• Handle travel and accommodation requests for event partners
• Complete required internal forms and ensure proper communication across departments
• Maintain membership databases and submit requests to the membership team
• Assist the Member Events Manager in compiling monthly event calendar information
• Propose creative event ideas across art, fashion, entertainment, music, film, gastronomy, and technology sectors
• Support administrative tasks and organizational duties
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Events Manager

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's (Bac +3) or Master's degree, preferably in cultural management, arts administration, or cultural production and communication
• Professional proficiency in both French and English
• Strong Excel skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
• Genuine interest in cultural events, media, and the arts
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across departments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
