Business Development Representative (BDR) – UK

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential dental technology client expanding into the UK market. Our talent team is building their inaugural UK-based sales development function to support a market launch. This is a foundational role where you'll generate qualified opportunities and directly shape how business development operates in the region. You'll work across both inbound engagement and outbound prospecting, connecting with dental practices and supporting a growing pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for dental practice prospects expressing interest in our client's platform
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting including email, phone, and creative outreach tactics
• Manage sales activity in Salesforce and other CRM tools, continuously refining your approach
• Articulate value propositions, handle objections, and qualify prospects for advancement
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and conversion
• Contribute to building the UK business development function from the ground up—your input will influence processes, tools, and strategy

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment
• Demonstrated experience with cold calling; SMB targets are a strong plus
• Commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to engage in rigorous sales training
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and ramp quickly in a new market
• Experience with standard sales tools and eagerness to implement new solutions
• Track record of professional and academic success
• Outstanding professional references
• Positive attitude, sense of humour, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £50,000 base + £19,444 performance bonus + equity.
