This role sits within a dynamic online automotive marketplace, where you'll guide vehicle sellers through an auction process and help them achieve successful outcomes.

As a Customer Success Executive, you'll manage a pipeline of customers looking to sell their vehicles, ensuring accuracy in their listings and providing expert guidance throughout the selling journey. This is a target-driven role that combines customer service excellence with consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a lead pipeline of potential customers looking to sell their vehicles through an online auction platform
• Review vehicle listings for accuracy and completeness, working proactively with sellers to address any omissions or errors before auction entry
• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, balancing their price expectations with market realities to maximize successful sale outcomes
• Clearly explain the auction process to sellers, ensuring they understand each step and remain committed to the platform
• Handle negotiations and customer objections professionally
• Communicate effectively with sellers via phone, email, live chat, and SMS, addressing questions and concerns
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and ensure seamless handovers to other teams as needed
• Consistently meet individual targets for vehicles listed and pipeline conversion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and feedback

What We're Looking For

• Experience working within a target-focused environment and managing a pipeline independently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
• A proactive and customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to help sellers achieve their goals
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure listing accuracy and efficient follow-up
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative environment
• Comfort working with various communication channels, including phone, email, live chat, and SMS
• Flexibility to work within operating hours of 9am-7pm, Monday to Sunday, on a rotating shift basis (37.5 hours per week)
• Availability for hybrid working with a minimum requirement of 3 days per week in the office
• Enthusiasm for the automotive industry is a plus
