Unser Talent-Team von Get A Job.ai vertritt einen Mandanten im Bereich nachhaltige Energieberatung und technische Planung. Gesucht wird ein Planungsingenieur für Wärme- und Kälteanlagen (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt auf Leistungsphasen 1-4 für Gebäude- und Quartiersprojekte in Berlin.
Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich Projekte im Bereich Energieversorgungskonzepte und führen technische Bewertungen sowie Planungsleistungen durch.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Eigenständige (Teil-)Projektverantwortung für Energieversorgungsprojekte
- Durchführung von Planungsleistungen mit Fokus auf Leistungsphasen 1-4 für Gebäude und Quartierslösungen
- Erstellung von Energieversorgungskonzepten
- Softwarebasierte Bestandsanalysen für Gebäude und Quartiere durchführen
- Fördermittellandschaft kennen und in Projektkonzepte berücksichtigen
- Erstellung von Kosten- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen
- Präsentation der Projektergebnisse beim Kunden
Was wir suchen
Erforderlich:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor oder Master) im Bereich Ingenieurwesen – Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, regenerative Energien oder vergleichbarer Studiengang mit Verbindung zur technischen Gebäudeausrüstung
- Idealerweise mehr als drei Jahre Erfahrung in Planung und Beratung
- Begeisterung für innovative und nachhaltige Lösungen im Bereich Energieversorgung von Gebäuden
- Sehr gute Selbstorganisation, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Hohes Engagement und Zuverlässigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Word)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Von Vorteil:
- Softwarekenntnisse in Hottgenroth, PV*Sol, Top Energy oder ähnlichen Planungsprogrammen
- Listung bei der BAFA als Energieeffizienzexperte
- Erfahrung in Projekten mit Wärmenetzen und Anlagentechnik
- Projekterfahrung bei Nichtwohngebäuden sowie Gewerbebetrieben
- Erfahrungen mit Heiz- und Kühllastberechnungen und/oder Lüftungsanlagen
