Technical Support Sepcialist (gn)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential manufacturing organization in Tuttlingen seeking a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis and resolution of technical problems, participating in root cause analyses (RCA) and supporting implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers and distributors via phone and written communication
• Deliver and continuously develop technical training programs for customers and distributors, both on-site globally and at company facilities
• Support product improvement initiatives through systematic analysis of field-deployment issues and structured feedback to R&D and quality teams
• Create, maintain, and enhance technical knowledge databases, service documentation, and troubleshooting guides
• Participate in the introduction, validation, and continuous optimization of new products, features, and technical solutions

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer orientation with a solution-focused mindset and approach
• Excellent to fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
• Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of AI applications
• Electrical engineering vocational training and/or further education with subsequent studies in electrical engineering or comparable practice-oriented qualification
• Several years of professional experience in machine integration and training
• Clear and persuasive communication style
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical systems using structured analytical methods
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and automation systems is advantageous
• High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility, with the ability to work independently and in a structured manner
