Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization seeking a Pharmazeutisch kaufmännische Assistenten (PKA) for accounts receivable responsibilities at 50% capacity (20h/week) in Gottmadingen.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Managing accounts receivable bookkeeping
- Reconciling accounts and maintaining accuracy
- Processing payments and managing dunning procedures
- Creating and distributing client invoicing
- Processing retaxations from cost carriers
- Handling special projects as assigned
- Contributing to the ongoing development of billing software
What We're Looking For
Our client welcomes candidates with the following background:
- Completed training as PTA or PKA (preferred but not mandatory)
- Multi-year professional experience in billing according to § 300, 302 SGB V in relevant healthcare settings such as data centers, software companies, health insurance providers, medical practices, or pharmacies
- Strong commercial and accounting knowledge
- Contract knowledge related to billing under § 300, 302 SGB V and 129a SGB V
- Solid IT and software skills
- Reliability, team orientation, independence, willingness to learn, and flexibility
- Potential for team leadership development
